The Austin City Limits Music Festival is an annual music festival held in Zilker Park in Austin, Texas on two consecutive three-day weekends. Inspired by the PBS concert series of the same name, the festival is produced by Austin-based company, C3 Presents, who are also known for their work with Chicago’s famed Lollapalooza. ACL has eight stages where musical groups from genres including rock, indie, country, folk, electronic, and hip hop perform for approximately 75,000 festival-goers each day. Attendees travel from all over the country to enjoy the music performances, as well as enticing culinary offerings, art markets, and a kids area provided for visiting families. Each year, TLC caters the “boom boom room,” where lunch and dinner is provided for 400 VIPs, and in the festival’s food court serving to the masses, roasting up whole animals or cooking paella over an open fire.

Kings of Leon is an American rock band originally hailing from Nashville, Tennessee who got their start in the early 2000’s. Whether on the tour bus, backstage, or relaxing at home, TLC is always a top choice amongst the Kings of Leon members when craving a delicious meal for that extra boost before or after a show. Chef Tim Love has also invited Kings to join him on his culinary stage and help him execute a cooking demo at one of the many festivals he participates in.

The Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by FOOD & WINE is a national, star-studded, four-day destination event showcasing the talents of the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs, and culinary personalities. Hosted by Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida and Florida International University (FIU), the Festival benefits the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management’s Wine Spectator Restaurant Management Laboratory and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center at FIU. To date, the Festival has raised more than $20 million for the School.

TLC hosted a hands-on, interactive pasta demo for ESPN executives during the NCAA March Madness final four. Each guest had their own cooking station and whipped up a delicious Gnudi dish with step-by-step guidance from Chef Tim Love himself.

The Austin FOOD + WINE Festival marks a collaboration between C3 Presents and some of Texas’ most celebrated chefs and restaurateurs, including Texas’ very own chef Tim Love. The 2015 Austin Food + Wine Festival will be its fourth foray into Texas and it promises to be a gourmet celebration unlike any other, especially with Chef Love’s hands-on grilling demo – one of the largest in the world! A portion of the Festival’s proceeds will benefit The Austin Food & Wine Alliance, dedicated to fostering awareness and innovation in the Central Texas food and wine community through grants, educational programming, and events.

The Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival is an annual four-day music festival created and produced by Superfly Presents and AC Entertainment, held at Great Stage Park on a 700-acre farm in Manchester, Tennessee. The festival lasts four days, featuring a diverse array of musical styles spanning from indie rock, classic rock, hip hop, jazz, blue grass, and folk, to alternative and even reggae. Here, TLC has catered lunch and dinner for 800 festival-goers per day in an exclusive VIP area.
